The Fitness App has many great features that you can take anywhere, including many exercises that require little or no equipment!

Below are just a few examples of the features offered with the Fitness App.

The Dashboard gives you a quick overview of your calendar, any classes scheduled, and progress that you have made.

The Calendar shows when your workouts are scheduled. You can move your workouts on the calendar to whatever day works best for you.

The Program screen shows what workout is scheduled for that day. You can edit your workout, if needed, by substituting workouts from the library of over 1000 workouts.

You can message your trainer anytime using the round button at the bottom right side of the screen. This 2-way messaging is great for questions, comments, and feedback.

The workout for the day comes with instructions from your trainer and a list of exercises to perform.

The workout for the day also includes a list of equipment needed to perform the exercises and an estimated time for completion.

With the App you have the ability to reschedule your workout to another day and edit what exercises are in the workout. However, remember that your trainer has a program designed for you so you should consult with your trainer before making specific exercise changes.

You are able to enter the number of reps completed per set, and the weight used, during your workout. There is also a Start button so you can start the clock to time your rest between sets.

Each exercise comes with a video to demonstrate the set up and proper form used for that exercise.

Keep track of your progress using the Dashboard page.

You can refer back to previous workouts in your program so that you can do them again whenever you want.

You have the ability to add additional exercises to your workout routine. We recommend consulting with your trainer before you do so.

You can also connect the app to your Apple Watch, Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, or Withings as well!!
