Who We Are
Becky and I would like to thank you for visiting our R&B Partners Personal Training Services website!
Before we talk about how our personal training and nutrition services can help you with your fitness journey, we would like to mention a few things that we are NOT going to do: We are NOT high-pressure Salespeople, marketing gurus, website developers, or social media influencers. We don’t do what we do for any kind of fame or fortune. That’s just not who we are.
Who we are is a result of years of living our lives and finding that good health and fitness has improved our quality of living. We have educated ourselves about health and fitness over the years and are certified in certain areas, to first, better our own lives, and then to help others that are looking to improve their health and fitness in their lives.
Between the two of us we have over 25 years’ experience in health and fitness. Becky is certified in many areas. She started her certifications back in 1997, and include Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition (NOT a licensed Nutritionist), Corrective Exercise Specialist, Group Exercise Instructor (in many styles), and others. I have been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2019 and have studied Sports Nutrition through the American Council on Exercise. We both spend time, almost on a daily basis, to educate ourselves on both fitness and nutrition. Both of these elements are critical in order to obtain the healthy lifestyle most desire.
We have a passion for health and fitness and a passion to help others on their health and fitness journey. We have many options as far as training packages and levels of training offered. We understand that fitness and health are different for everyone, especially when it comes to experience, available time, and current health situations, among other things, but we try to do everything we can to be as accommodating as possible to our clients’ needs.

We love all of our clients, both current and former! Some of our clients stay with us, for their own reasons, for quite a while. Others take the knowledge and new habits they have learned, thank us for everything we have done for them, and continue their journey on their own. We are very proud and grateful to be a part of our clients’ health and fitness journey! Whether they stay with us long term or have grown in their knowledge and experience to the point of no longer needing us, they will always be a part of our health and fitness family.
